This apartment complex "show room" is way nicer than the actual apartments. The apartments are old and roach i Read Morenfested. We lived here from November 2015 until June 2017 (due to the location and inability to break our lease) and HATED every minute. Don't let the porch draw you in even though they're nice. The staff and management is TERRIBLE and never responds to concerns or even maintenance requests OR maintenance emergencies. We had a busted A/C pipe and exposed wire for OVER 3 months. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else!

We moved recently, and about horror so many cockroaches !!! In our former apartment they were not there! On th Read Moree balcony there are wooden floors and this is their house, they live and creep across the balcony between all the neighbors! When we complained about this, we were told that pest control does not process a balcony, just an apartment! They crawl from all the cracks! I have a hole in the wall where there is air conditioning, as well as ventilation, and a balcony! We were told that maybe it's from neighbors)))) 21 century and they can not get rid of cockroaches !!! We have already spent 100 dollars on poison! The furniture is old, and very noisy air conditioning!

When we moved into this apartment in November 2015, we filled out our move in checklist with several things th Read Moreat needed to be fixed. We still live here (February 2017) and most of these things were not fixed until this past month. We have called and left messages and stopped by the office to ask for air filters (which were out of stock and never received them), and to submit work requests for other issues. Our AC went unfixed and leaking for a month.

From move in, I have had issues with the so called renovations. It took 4 calls, almost 3 months before it was Read More supposedly fixed it. It came down 2 weeks later but they did respond within a week. There are more things that need be done; a new toilet, and a new counter. I basically see things that could have been done better for calling it a renovation. The saving grace is that it is safe, clean, friendly and in a great location.

Although the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of I've had problems with Park At Portofino. The water Read Morewas cut off for a weekend in my building without notice! Imagine waking up and you can't flush the toilet, take a shower, or wash your clothes! I've also had problems with plumbing. My toilet overflowed on a weekend and the maintenance man had to come 3 times before I stooped having this problem. Lastly the girls in the leasing office have nasty snooty attitudes! That's why I'm leaving!!
