Although the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of I've had problems with Park At Portofino. The water Read Morewas cut off for a weekend in my building without notice! Imagine waking up and you can't flush the toilet, take a shower, or wash your clothes! I've also had problems with plumbing. My toilet overflowed on a weekend and the maintenance man had to come 3 times before I stooped having this problem. Lastly the girls in the leasing office have nasty snooty attitudes! That's why I'm leaving!!

I've had ongoing issues with Bugs in the Apartment. I request spraying from the pest control service as often Read Moreas I can but its a constant problem. The gym doesn't have any free weights under 20 pounds. I wish the online payment service would let you pay a little each week instead of a one time lump payment. Other than that I love my apartment.

We take issues regarding pests very seriously - if residents continue to have issues, we encourage them to stop by the office to speak with us about solutions. Not that you guys care but this place is disgusting. Roaches everywhere and pest control doesn't work, sinks b Read Morelocked up and vents create this black moldy dust when you turn on A/C or heat.

The apartments have pest problems and maintenance requests take overly long, up to weeks for pressing plumbing Read More issues. The apartments look lovely though. Walls are paper thin, expect to hear conversations. Many amenities are locked and unusable even when they should available, gated entry is in constant state of malfunction and is never shut. Trash policy is unevenly enforced, many residents leave bags of trash around communal landings. 4/10 overall.
