One of the events that makes the community proud is the Cape Coral Festival of the Arts. This yearly event features jewelry, mixed media, crafts, photography and sculpture from artists from across the state.  The Coconut Festival held every fall is another popular community event that showcases the many beachfront amenities in the city. With carnival games, live musical entertainment, fireworks and plenty of coconut cocktails, this event has plenty of fun for the whole family.

Many people all over western Florida come to Cape Coral to visit Sunsplash Family Waterpark. Since Florida enjoys tropical weather year-round, residents can relax in the lazy river, or enjoy many exciting slides and 14 acres of aquatic entertainment from March to September.
