Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $20.00 pet rent. Restrictions: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 pet deposit for 45 lbs. or less or $500 pet deposit for over 45 lbs. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet. There is no weight limit. Breed Restrictions: Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Pit Bull and American Staffordshire Terrier breeds; Doberman Pinchers or mixes with any of these breeds are prohibited. All pets are subject to a pet interview, prior to manager's approval of the application.

I moved in on July 2016. My experience in Harbors at Lake Howell has been very comfortable and feels safe. I Read More really love the trees, they make the place feel nice and fresh in the hot summer days. The residents have been friendly, and the staff really make you feel very welcome.

Overall good experience, although the people that were here when I first moved in are no longer here, so I'm n Read Moreot sure how to rate the staff. It is a nice community, it is usually quiet, however at night is a different story and I would rather see more parking spaces then new plants, or else assign parking to the guests in an area where there is ample spots, like by the tennis courts or car wash area. Also, would love to see the dog park or walk area that was promised to be finished when I first moved in.
