High rent, coupled with thin walls, roach, hornet, & mosquito infestations, spending the first 6 weeks with a Read Morebroken air conditioner, unreliable maintanance team (we have regularly seen them sleeping on property), and a management team with no sense of urgency had left us with the worst renting experience of our lives.

The main areas are not kept well, the garbage area should be sprayed daily with the option of hand sanitizer a Read Morevailable for safety. the hallways are not clean except the one where the model apartment is located. These areas need to be power washed and blown out at least weekly. management has changed hands 5 times since we have been here and things have progressively gotten a little worse

Very poor office communication, the current office manager is very disorganized and makes promises that they d Read Moreo not keep. When asking questions, responses are not detailed and thorough. High rent increase spikes for not apparent reason, the value is non-existant.

The complex is old and falling apart, but as costly as new apartments nearby. The dog park fences are broken/s Read Moreagging, there is a lot of feces, wild animals (possums and raccoons) make their homes in the large piles of pine straw and untrimmed trees, the grass is not cut in the one park with grass, one park floods often, and there are fire ant mounds near the tennis court. People leave their trash out in the breezeways for days and management does nothing. You can hear every neighbor's sounds.

While we appreciate the feedback, we're disappointed that upkeep concerns have left a negative impression. We recently hired a new landscaping team with plans to address the dog parks, but if there are specific areas you feel need attention sooner, please give us a call so we know where to direct our resources. Regarding trash removal and noise, we have policies in place to keep our residents comfortable, and if you witness anyone in violation, please contact our office immediately. Thank you.

Rent is way too high for the area, and the parking is terrible. There are no assigned spaces, so I have to pa Read Morerk all the way on the other side of the complex and walk all the way back to my apartment - groceries and all.
