I use to really like maintenance/office staff but it got bought & changed. Maintenance is okay, but very slow. Read More Office staff is a joke & get's nothing done. I requested pest control 4 times. Never got scheduled. I had to go find pest control in the parking lot to get it done. Place was not clean when we moved in, toilet was cracked and gross and rusty. kitchen light has a big hole in plastic fixture. Torn screens, cracks not caulked so lots of ants. Windows are original and completely useless.

Having moved into the unit we occupy recently (July/2015), we are still assessing our situation. So far overal Read Morel we are satisfied, it is a very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. One thing we feel that we should mention is that some pet owners are somewhat lazy in picking up after them. That spoils it for other tenants in as much that they tend too leave surprises in the grass areas in front of the units. It is difficult to know who these folks are since they bring their pets out late.

Regarding pet owners, we sincerely apologize that this has been an inconvenience. If you ever become aware of who is violating our community policies, please don't hesitate to let us know in person. We are happy to address the violators with your anonymity in mind.
I have lived at this complex for 4 years, and resided in 2 units. The comfortable unit, convenient location an Read Mored amenities, and pleasing appearance us what has kept me here. Previous management has been quite unfavorable however the new management that has taken over is quickly making major improvements to long ignored issues. Now, with this new management, Enclave is a perfect rental home. They care about the community, and about their residents happiness.

Rats seen in community. Roaches in apartment and poor pest control used. Not worth the money being spent.

Since the management changed, I have placed multiple requests for maintenance issues and it takes some time to Read More receive a response.. Still waiting to hear regarding a request that was put in on 12/4/2015 today is 12/13/2015..
