Dog Policy: Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. $25.00 pet rent. $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Additional monthly pet rent may be required. Restricted breeds include but are not limited to Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Rottweilers, Great Dane, Malamutes, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Huskies and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds is also prohibited. No exotic pets allowed.

i lived in the 2bedroom 1bath apartment. I LIVED the size of the closet in the bedrooms, especially the master Read More. On the other had the kitchen was tiny and there were always problems with the water. I'd wake up to go to work one morning and there would be no water, so I'd call the management office and they would always say oh I think there working on the water supply to your building.

At the time of our stay at Park Place Apartments, I had been diagnosed with frozen shoulders and was in a lo Read Moret of pain. The tenant above us was young and friends often visited him late at night when I went to bed. I could hear every step he took and I believe there was little or no insulation in the walls and ceilings. We had to move because of this because I was not getting a proper sleep at light.

I rented from Park Place in 2012. My unit was on the outside of the complex facing Drew St, which is a fairly Read Morebusy street so it was a little noisy. The unit is a little out of date, however, you get what you pay for and it was what I could afford at that time. The location is okay. Its close to a lot of places. However, its also near the stadium so there were a few times it took me an hour to get from McMullen Booth to the complex. And Gulf to Bay is congested on the weekends with beach goers.

Overall, the place was cheap, but the problems far outweighed the livability.
