I got scolded by your manager for mentioning services were better with previous management company...We've bee Read Moren here 10 years...and sorry to say there's a lot of room for improvement...especially on East Side of complex. Good customer service is vital to keeping residents.

This is a very pleasant place. I find it quiet. The residents are friendly, if you make the first move this m Read Moreay be due to an age discrepancy . I have not experienced any parking problems. The grounds are kept very nice. It is definitely a dog friendly place, with responsible owners. The maintenance employees are very helpful, but it takes a long time for your work order to get resolved.

When we moved in, we decided to take an unmodernized apartment but did not realize it would be an unfixed, not cleaned apartment. There were nails in the carpet everywhere, horrible patch jobs throughout the whole apartment, and everything was dirty. The complex in general is not updated as a whole which I understand would cost some money but cleaniness That should be a no brainer. I was very disappointed. But for the price and location we moved in. Military family on short orders we needed something.

I am sadly disappointed with the maintenance turn around. HIRE some more people. I have to submit 2-3 requests with weeks in between to get something done, even something as simple as a light bulb The only time I've had them address something quickly was when the upstairs apartment bath was leaking through our ceiling which, they did nothing about. No mold check or anything. Just a Hey it's dry Good . Very unprofessional. I am disgusted by the amount of pet waste and trash all over the place, around the pond, around the pool, parking lots etc. granted that has more to do with residents than apartment management.

Poor communication on updates about management and the apartment complex. There is new management which was NEVER DISCLOSED TO THE RESIDENTS. I found out because I walked into the office.Some things need to be changed.

This apartment complex has so much potential with it's location and layouts but honestly we may not be here when our lease is up if we can find something better for the same price.

I would say good for the most part but maintenence turnaround time is poor. For maintenance work orders to be Read Morebacked up for over a week, tells me there is a big problem. Maybe mandatory overtime is needed until work orders are caught up. Also, tenants dumping broken furniture on grassy area is very ugly to see as we drive in. I would warn a friend about these issues before recommending the complex. These issues caused some of my ratings to go down. I have empathy for workers when they have work backed up but I also expect a certain level of service.

I would tell them that the actual building and matinence is great but the staff is rude. They are not professi Read Moreonal. Several issues have come to my neighbors and I and they have been so slow and rude to fix it. The head manager Wendy has been the most rude and unprofessional.
