They are older apartments with superficial cosmetic updates. The grounds are well maintained. Everyone is frie Read Morendly enough. It takes awhile to get things fixed, unless it is a true emergency.

Office staff has a large turn-over rate, so they are all inexperienced at dealing with issues. You never talk Read Moreto the same person twice

I sometimes felt that "band aids" were used instead of actually fixing some maintenance items. Office staff tu Read Morernover was quite high.

The model apartment and the actual apartment you may move in to can be different. Not all appliances in the ap Read Moreartments are up to date, the a.c. units are old, are noisy, and breakdown often. Grounds are poorly maintained inside the gates. Laundry facility too expensive and washers break or are inefficient. Pool area is pristine but pool is only 4ft deep! Same management company for years but employees never stay past 6 months. Other than noisy train tracks it's quiet.
