Cypress Shores is a 300-unit, well maintained apartment community built around a twenty one-acre cypress preserve within the planned community of Coconut Creek. This community is located one and a half miles north of an entrance to the Florida Turnpike, three miles south of Sawgrass Expressway, and four miles west of I-95, which allows for an easy commute to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. The Promenade at Coconut Creek with upscale retailers such as Chico's and Coldwater Creek is located two miles north of the community. Cypress Shores' extensive amenities include nature preserve views, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, event room with kitchen and big-screen television, clubhouse, fitness center, picnic area with grills and more.
