Cypress Shores is a 300-unit, well maintained apartment community built around a twenty one-acre cypress preserve within the planned community of Coconut Creek. This community is located one and a half miles north of an entrance to the Florida Turnpike, three miles south of Sawgrass Expressway, and four miles west of I-95, which allows for an easy commute to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. The Promenade at Coconut Creek with upscale retailers such as Chico's and Coldwater Creek is located two miles north of the community. Cypress Shores' extensive amenities include nature preserve views, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, event room with kitchen and big-screen television, clubhouse, fitness center, picnic area with grills and more. All of the apartment homes have nine-foot ceilings, an open floor plan and a full-size washer and dryer.

Love the location, 3 minutes from the Promenade where I love to spend afternoons with my kids. The office staf Read Moref are very helpful, always took care of me with a lot of ability and effective. The apartment was delivered in excellent conditions, clean, and washed carpet. Landscaping is always well maintained and pressure cleaned on walkways and stairs often. The maintenance staff really make sure that all is clean. I'm here for 2 years and very satisfied.

We had to move in sight unseen because we were moving from another state. When we moved in there was an old ru Read Morested stove in the kitchen and the community maintenance stated that the stove was outside for bout a month in the rain. The stove did not work at all! There was also mold all over the apartment and when we put in work orders it take them a long time to before they even look at the problem. We have waste coming up from under the toilet and it was not fix for over a week.

Requested service for an electrical outlet not working, maintenance never showed up. Apartment continuously ha Read Mored an ant infestation, management did nothing about it. Apartments in dire need of renovation, old appliances, old beat up counter tops, single pain windows. Gym equipment old.

The leasing office is always there to help. The size of the apartments are comfortable. More than enough parki Read Moreng all around. Only problem is the possums that like to hang out by the trash compartment at night.
