Trash was always overflowing at the dumpsters. Maintenance staff repeatedly cleared work orders without actual Read Morely doing the work. Was without AC for days before a company came to fix it (and received no kind of credit for the time without.) kept entire security deposit over ridiculous things. Parking was a nightmare. The list goes on and on.

Maintenance was horrible when it came to water leaks In my unit. I waited two weeks for the issue to get reso Read Morelved. I had to contact the regional manager to expedite the problem and get results. Recent upgrades to the front office and pool resurfacing raised my monthly rent to outrageous amounts. Washer and dryers in the community laundry room were always broken and it was a guessing game when it came to doing laundry. The dumpsters were always over flowing with trash on the ground. Poor!

First of all, there was terrible security in the apartment conplex. At the end of the lease, the management ch Read Morearged for everything that they could including items that was totally unnecessary. For instance, I paid to have a washer and dryer installed and that was done by the company Sherwood's management used. When I was moving out they charged me for the damage underneath the machines that occurred due to poor installation. Ridiculous! I will never go back there! I ended up making payments.

The apartment was nice but management wasn't. Initially they were professional but by the end of our living ex Read Moreperience there they were terribly rude. This and the rent being too expensive are the biggest reasons we rated it fair.

Also, wild animals (raccoons) are allowed to roam the property freely. Usually every night a few of them would come running down the stairs once we opened our front door. This kept us apprehensive about coming and going at night.
