Some of my neighbors have been extremely noisy...also...my neighbors across from me had an outside trash area Read Morethat drew ants right outside my door...should have not been allowed. Also have had some problems with the main gate at times...not as secure as I had hoped.

1. Maintenance never fixed dishwasher properly after at least three requests. They just turned up hot water h Read Moreeater.
2. Staff was slow to put in work orders, sometimes had to visit the front office a second time before things were addressed.
3. Apartment was well worn and bathtubs clogged frequently.
4. Treadmills were broken for more than two weeks at one point.
5. Unsupervised children were constantly in exercise area taking up equipment.
6. Front entrance gates were consistently broken.

When I first moved it, the management team was helpful and seemed very knowledgable and competent. Slowly but Read Moresurely, the competency of the office employees went down. It was so disorganized at one point that I had to go ask if I was ever going to get my renewal letter. The office is supposed to send one out at least 60 days beforehand. I asked 14 days before my lease was up and simply got "wow I'm not sure what happened to cause the system not to alert us." Moving out was a huge challenge too
