For the most part we really love our stay here at the Granite for the past two years. The reason I gave it Go Read Moreod instead of Excellent is due to the fact that when there are maintenance issues it tends to take a while to get fixed. Often times the pool will be shut down for maintenance with a re-open date of Monday, but then will not be able again until that following Thursday or Friday. The hot tub has been closed down for many months now with no sign of it being repaired

Lots of bugs even after pest control came, we (residents) cleaned, and we sprayed. It takes maintenance some t Read Moreime to work on something a light fixture took almost a week to acknowledge. Washing Machine doesn't agitate and maintenance said it works fine, it also reverses water temperatures I.e. Turn to hot for cold water to come. Hot tub has not worked since we moved in, in April.

They Do Not Handle Noise/Music Situations Well. Your Floor Can Be Vibrating And The Say When They Checked It W Read Moreas An Acceptable Level. Also Continuously Posting Memos And Inspections On The Door.
