my biggest problem is that i leave the apt at 1400 and at 0200am i'll see a notice that someone is coming in Read Moreto do something first thing in the morning. If i get home at 2:00 in the morning, i am in no mood to do anything so you can come in at 0900 in the morning. For example, one time i get home and theres a notice saying can you need to clear your patio because we are doing something or other. Why can't you give us a few days notice instead of half a day.

When I moved in my carpets smelled like animals and urine yet "was washed 3X". After complaining, three skepti Read Morecal workers unlocked my door, WITHOUT prior notice, at 8 AM as the office here GIVES OUT YOUR KEY TO RANDOM WORKERS to fix things in your apartment, I was furious. Halfway through the school year new people moved in above me and there are so many people up there in a 1/1 that all I hear is stomping, jumping and EXTREMELY creaky noises all day. The floor plan is big but not worth it.

The apartment complex was very accommodating to me when I was moving from out of state. The only issue I ever Read Morehad was that on two occasions I needed maintenance to come fix something and it took them weeks of me following up and practically nagging them to come out and fix the problem. Other than that I had a pleasant experience.

The condition of the property is horrible. I had raw sewage back into my bathtub NINE times and after threaten Read Moreing to go to the health department they still refused to release me from my lease. I finally was able to get them to move me to another apartment. The insulation is horrible so you can hear everything being said when people are standing outside of your apartment.

Maintenance never fixes things correctly even when they actually come. The staff in the front office are usele Read Moress. They can't put in maintenance requests or anything. When I have a concern I have to go to the office everyday in order to get them to do anything. Even the pest control company you hire is useless. I asked him to take care of some bugs and he didn't do anything about it, just kill them when I see them. No, that's your job, and I know that he could just simply spray for them. Do you pay people and tell them to not do anything?

Recently however, there has been a woman in the office that has been doing things right and is trying to improve things for everyone. But knowing how often the people working in the office leave, I don't know how long this will last.
