We apologize that you did not have a 5-star experience here at Arlington Square and Wisteria, and that this was not responded to in a timely manner. We encourage you to come into the office at your convenience and discuss this with management. We welcome all feedback and hope to provide our residents with a place they call home. Sincerely, Taylor Mann at The Collier Companies
The pool is an attractive nuisance some weekends.

I like Arlington Square for its convenience to downtown attractions, but it comes at a price of limited parkin Read Moreg and sometimes questionable individuals near the complex. I have had some minor issues with air conditioning leaks, lights that have gone out outside on the walkways (still not addressed after months), etc. New management is better than previous management, but still not as outstanding as I have seen in other complexes. Limited amenities in comparison to other complexes also. I like the living space, despite the building being slightly older.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this great review!
We're thrilled to have earned a five star rating from you, and glad to hear that you have had such great interactions with our wonderful staff.
We hope that if you have any additional feedback from your stay, you'll come back and update this post in the future.
Recent problems with the pool. Over the majority of this summer, the pool furniture has been locked to the gat Read Moree. This means that someone needs to come unlock the furniture daily and re-lock it when they leave. This is especially inconvenient when the chairs are locked on Sundays, when the office closes in the early afternoon and there are hours of sunlight left. Also, the pool was closed for an entire week about a month ago and yesterday and today the pool is again closed. The staff provided the reason that an unauthorized party caused problems, resulting in the pool closure a month ago. I don't understand why the residents, who pay rent, should be punished for the behavior of individuals that do not live at Arlington Square or who do not comply with the facility rules. Additionally, one of the gates to the pool has been broken, with no efforts to repair it, for over a month. The lack of effort from the management is shocking. This would be completely unacceptable at other apartment complexes. It reflects badly on the company, especially since the repairs were not even made when new residents were moving into the complex.
