My only problem with Biven's Cove is that the apartments are old and I can hear pretty much everything going o Read Moren in my neighbors apartment in my bedroom. Also my kitchen and bathrooms are very old and outdated. I could also use twice the number of outlets.

Holiday is great, but I live in the back of the complex, it's appearance is not at all like the front building Read Mores. The landscape is even different. The trash always seems to be like up outside the dumpster in the back, and I personally feel the front area is maintained to draw people in, but what about us in the back? I have seen them pressure wash building, still waiting on our building, just my pet peeves...

Having toured the property 2 years prior, I immediately asked to see an actual apartment. We were told that th Read Moreere were none available. Trusting that our apartment would resemble the updates to the model, we signed a lease. The apartment wreaked of smoke and pet dander; so bad that our clothes smelled and people noticed the smell. Management tried a few remedies, but nothing worked. Two months later, we moved out and were sued and had to pay the balance of our lease until someone else moved in.
