No sound barrier between neighboring bathrooms. Pest control as well as maintenance crew being allowed in with Read Moreout notice. Hot water and/or all water turned off for repairs without notice. I did once forget to pay rent before going out of town; first time, it was five days late, entirely my fault. Came home to a notice threatening to evict me.

Read MoreThe one thing I would complain about it is the water temperature. Frequently, when I get home from work, the water is cold and it drives me INSANE!
