We get a lot of amenities for our money. The location is close enough to campus and downtown to be convenient, Read More but far enough that it's quiet. I love that HL is pet friendly. Maintenance staff is quick and friendly.

Its decent. Its not that I hate living here. I experience assistant/management changes and the quality at the Read Morefront desk has decreased. Residents who have been here as long as I have with a good track record should be treated with special care, instead it doesn't happen. Polite workers should be at the front desk; I do not appreciate walking in and the topic of discussion at the desk is about a resident. In addition, the associates/assistant managers are no help. I would also like to mention that the "improved clean apartment" is filthy. A mere pressure wash on the carpet is not sufficient to label a place "new". This complex is okay for temporary college living.

Thank you for providing LUX13 with this positive review. We appreciate what you've said about our maintenance staff, amenities and overall environment, and we hope you've enjoyed all other aspects of living in our community.
Nothing makes it stand out in the crowd. I feel that the only thing anyone is concerned with is getting a ren Read Moreewal. I understand that is the first part of their job, but the way they go about it could be improved. Also, renewal keeps getting earlier each year. I believe I renewed two years ago in July and I am already getting notices about renewing my least in October. Offering money isnt always a great incentive for renewal, but detailed plans on how Hidden Lake would be improved during that year I am signing up for would be. Amenities are decent, but I feel as though they are a wasted portion of my rent since they are used more by people that dont live here than those that do.
