The complex is extremely old. Appliances, carpet, lighting etc need to be updated.

The Gardens is a nice complex and the Appartments are huge but the maintenance is becoming a issue. The small Read More things are handled well but the big things like collapsing kitchen cabinets and cheap carpet are embarrassing.

It has seemed relatively safe. The cutting of overgrowth and trees has opened the areas for a safer night envi Read Moreronment. Adding sod has reduced eyesores, but not all sod has taken and there are some areas with no ground cover.

My apartment is not energy efficent at all. There are no seals around the windows or sliding glass doors. Our Read Moremonthly electric bill is outrageous due to this. In the summer the 2nd floor stays hot and in the winter is is really cold.
