My apartment is nice, but overpriced. The hallways usually smell like garbage that has been left out all day. Read MoreThere is frequently some kind of loose trash littering the hallways (e.g. cigarette butts, decorations someone tore off the wall, broken lights in the stairwell, etc.) The building layout is terrible and it takes me a long time to walk to the parking garage/front office/mail box from my apartment (in bldg C.) We need more grills. The front office should be open later (or earlier.)

The apartments themselves are very nice, as are the pool and clubhouse. It also feels very safe and is very co Read Morenvenient to Shands. However, the maintenance could be improved. Fortunately I have not needed much in the way of maintenance, but the one time I did put in an online maintenance request, no one ever addressed it. The office staff is also bad about answering their emails. You usually have to go by in person to get anything done.

Fire alarms go off constantly, seems more like a college dorm than luxury apartments. The garbage collection s Read Moreervice misses some days, resulting in people piling garbage in the hall. The gym could be expanded, although for as limited as it is, it does manage to stay in working condition. The majority of the staff are very friendly. Was a little annoyed that the parking garage was blocked off for a week for "pressure washing" when in reality I only saw someone working 2 days of the week.

One of my main concerns when choosing an apartment was a clean environment because I have suffered from worsen Read Moreed asthma the past several years due to mold in past apartments. Wildflower was very clean, and I never had issues with mold. The apartment was very quiet, the staff was friendly, and I was able to have my pet in the apartment. I also liked that I could easily have friends over, and there was always available parking. It was also very close to Shands, the VA, and the HPNP building at UF.
