The manager should be more polite & friendly towards ALL the residents. DO lawn sign posting for pet no-potty Read Moreareas in front of & to the sides of the patios on the first floors. DO post Pool cleaning schedule for residents to see. DO remove the half-hour restriction on the computer use. DO lower rents for renewed leases for less turn-over. DO better outside lighting. DO fix the parking lot flooding in front of Bldg 12 & main front entrance. DO quarterly community day of yard sales.

Over the last 2 Over the Years my rent has been increased however, not a single upgrade has been to the apart Read Morement , community etc.The gate to the gated community rarely works and is left open. Daily while taking a shower, my water pressure drops so low that my shower turns off. The mail service has not delivered my mail and in fact to it upon himself to re route appropriately marked mail. And that's just the beginning
