Was better when we moved in (prior to name change from Aventine to Arium). I felt the office staff were better Read More/more attentive prior to the change. I also received poor maintenance assistance throughout my time there, with some requests being ignored and others taking more than 5 attempts to finally fix.

I am staying in Apt No 210, I raised 2 compaints. One is in my guest bath room bath tub tap is not working, se Read Morecond one AC went is not working, I raised complaint 52 days back, still now they didnt addressed. I send personally to leasing office 6 times and complained, 2 times send email, but no response. They are not considering any escalation.

Recent days after the management change over, what i noticed is the response time for a service ticket to be p Read Morerocessed is high. Few commitments are not met during a visit on the service request. Kids park area, Volleyball court, pavement area near lake are not neat and clean due to Goose droppings.. Swimming pool has lot of dirt for most times in a week

The parking is absolutely terrible. Every night I have to walk from the mailbox area all the way to my apartme Read Morent in building 3. When I first looked at this apartment complex ... I was showed a model apartment in which looked nothing like the actual apartment I moved into. The appliances, the counter tops... Pretty much everything is older than what was presented to me. I constantly have people coming in and out my apartment for whatever reason it is that week. overall, way over priced apt.
