Apartment was in poor physical condition. Water leaks stained the bedroom wall. Noisy downstairs neighbors, ve Read Morery poor sound insulation.
Very nice people in the management and maintenance teams. Maintenance requests handled expediently but the same bandages were replaced, the problems not cured. The noise problem was not ever solved and was a constant irritant.

I did not enjoy my lease at the Evergreen club. My apartment compex was infested with roaches and was next to Read Morea tenant that housed over 5 cats and dog(s). The outside constantly smelled like cat urine but the tenant was never asked to get rid of the pets, due to him working for the complex. The leasing office isn't much better. They will take your deposit and bill you an extra couple of hundreds of dollars despite efforts to renew the original state of your apartment. Don't waste your time.
