A very quiet and peaceful place to stay, the rent is little on the high side with those unexpected fees that a Read Moreppear without good knowledge beforehand, but overall I would recommend this apartment especially to couples with pets.

While they are quick to make repairs, the communication and follow through are lacking no matter who is runnin Read Moreg the place. One of the office workers spoke to my insurance agent to answer questions in regards to my renters insurance. 20 months later and they still state that I do not have renters insurance on file with the office. I put in a notice to vacate. I look at my last month's rent payment and they are charging the full amount when I'm only going to be here for 10 days. If you put in a service request with the office, don't expect it to get done without multiple reminders. You have to use the portal.

I would tell them to make sure the unit is up to grade before they move in. Once you get in any maintenance re Read Morequest after goes ignored, as though you don't pay rent. I pay my rent every month before it's due and some how still can't get someone to come do simple things. And the pest ROACHES everywhere even when they come out and spray strongly believe the building has an infestation.

I would tell them that I love the staff, but I guess their hands must to tied trying to get anything done here Read More. This is my 3rd time to come back unfortunately this is by far my unhappiest time here. I have for months asked for the tree to be trimmed that is pushing into my screen on the balcony it still hasn't been done. It is also unhealthy for the tree. I don't know why it can't be done. The screens are filthy dirty. The place needs pressure washing due to the webs dirt. When I moved back for the 3rd time, I had planned to make this my last move. However, I am actually considering another residency. I love the staff. I love the location. I love my view.
