Its a great community to live in... The area is great.. You have all your local retailers and may I add wonder Read Moreful schools within the area.. I have been in this community for almost 3 years and I have never had any problems.. If you are relocating or moving within the beach area.. Give Spinnaker Reach a call ASAP!..

      One big part of the problem is that they are changing office and maintenance staff. Currently, the majority o Read Moref maintenance staff seems very inexperienced and the work being done by them is poor. Chris, the maintenance staff manager, is the only person who's work leaves me with no problems. The office staff is not very friendly, unless perspective residents are in the office at the same time you go in to speak with them.

      There is often trash on the ground and side walks.Many of the mini blinds look ragged from out side, with scre Read Moreens hanging from windows.There are not enough trash dumpsters, on holidays, the trash is heaped so high you cant get near the trash cans.the interiors of the complex are dated and tired, tiles patched with non matching tiles.It also takes multiple requests for cosmetic issues to be corrected.
