We enjoy living at Spyglass in Jacksonville. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, along with the m Read Moreaintenance staff. The response is quick whenever we have a maintenance problem which is rare.

The complex is very nice and has lots to do. However, there were several issues that took the company weeks to Read More fix, which was extremely inconvenient.The key scanner door did not work in the parking garage so we had to walk all the way around just to get into the stairwell. Then the key scanner door did not shut or lock so there was no way of patrolling who could come in and out. The parking garage elevator also did not work for weeks at a time. They need to do be more timely fixing major issues.

We value any constructive feedback. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We did have to work out some kinks during our first year and a lot of the issues mentioned above were construction/warranty issues, so we had to rely on them. We are out of the warranty period, so we can now address items quicker. Thank you so much for your review, we appreciate it!
The rental price is too high and there are no incentives to stay. The price automatically increased before t Read Morehe year was up. The amenities are nice but not worth the price. The sound level inside the homes from neighbors is not worth the price.
