Initially, given misinformation regarding location/availability of elevator in second building;cost of key fob Read Mores, receipt of referral money, move-in readiness of new apartment. Maintenance crew helpful, efficient. Housekeeping needs additional manpower to assure cleanliness in hallways/elevators. Insufficient for size of facility.

The hallways, trash rooms and elevators are just not kept clean on a daily basis. The current cleaning schedu Read Morele is not sufficient considering the number of residents. The leasing office, lounge areas and health club are maintained at a higher standard. I was expecting hotel quality upkeep of the hallways and elevators and have been disappointed. Another reason for not giving the building the highest marks is the amount of street noise, particularly late at night, from Town Center.

Disappointed with management of property. Gates consistently broken. Don't call when you have packages. Expect Read More you to just know they are there. Do water shutdowns and provide less than 24 hours notice. Don't send emails or flyer apts with information. Put one sign at entrance and expect you to know and see it. Make promises and break them - ie was promised a specific garage once it was released from construction and it was leased accidentally to another resident. Carpets are filthy.
