Office staff gave inaccurate information . The apt was dirty upon move in . The trash bins in complex are alwa Read Moreys surrounded by junk & trash . They need additional bins .

Cause they sometimes don't do the work order you call in about plus they don't get the apartment ready like mo Read Morest apartment complexes but they do work with you on your rent.

Office staff is always friendly and cares, almost on a personal level. Never had to wait on any maintenance is Read Moresues. Love my neighbors. I can sit outside at night and feel safe.

The apartment in had to move to smaller one and heater didn't work,could not hook up fire alarm cuz buzzed all Read More the time had to disconnect and bedroom felt as cold as outside.

Aside from the apartments being in bad shape... the office staff was quite friendly. UNTIL I had a family emer Read Moregency a few months after moving in that forced me to have to move to another state to attend to the matter. I appealed to them, but they still filed a judgement against me for breaking the lease, and would not refund any of the deposits or last months' rent. Most apartment complexes are more lenient with such things, and are understanding when family matters come up.
