Apartment is nice but overpriced because it is so new. While close to the beach, its immediate location on Bea Read Morech Blvd. is a less-than-desirable area.

Although this is a great place to live, I think the rent is VERY high for the area. I'd also like to see the r Read Moreoof top reopened, it's been closed since I moved in (November) and I was told it would only be closed 45 days. I love the valet trash and the gym is awesome, although I can never get the elliptical to work and I'd love to see a real cycling bike and stair climber in there! I'd also love to have a hot tub in the pool area.

The noise and lights from Beach Blvd. were always obnoxious, especially at night. I was misled during my tour Read Morethat the road noise would be muted. The office staff was extremely rude, often away from the office during the day, and had petty rules that were inconsistently enforced and monitored (pool, waste disposal, etc.)
