Dog Policy: 200 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. Restrictions: Restricted Breeds. Unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal, the Landlord does not allow or permit any aggressive canine breeds in the community, which include, without limitation, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamutes, Akitas and any mixes thereof. $300 pet fee for first pet, $200 pet fee for second pet. $10 monthly pet rent for each pet. Dogs and cats are allowed with some breed restrictions in place.
Cat Policy: 50 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 cats per apartment. Restrictions: $300 pet fee for first pet, $200 pet fee for second pet. $10 monthly pet rent for each pet.
