To much trash (food/furniture) around the community and for the rental price there are not enough amenities (w Read Morehirlpool, picnic area, etc.) as other communities in the area. Expired car tags/non operational vehicles in the parking lot are also an eye sore.

Thank you for your feedback. Please contact our business manager regarding location of trash and vehicles with expired tags so we can address these violations immediately. We do offer our residents a business center, fitness center, and pool area for their enjoyment. Our local schools are A-rated and our location is very convenient for our residents.

Where do I start with this place, it's too overpriced for no updated equipment or wooden floors, pool and gym Read Morefacilities are ridiculous no shade at the pool no weight equipment at the gym but yet they charging you $50 to use the gym. Lately I don't know who they're letting move in but 2 weeks ago I heard gun shots outside of my window scare the heck outta me. I can't wait to move

The trash area always messy and trash on floor, no matter how many times trash is picked up. Pool area kids ha Read Morenging out at all hours of day and night, don't think most of them live here; lock on pool area always open unsafe for young children. Dogs do their business all in the front, owners 99% do not clean up after there dogs. Office manager not friendly and always in a rush to get you out of her office, representative not knowledgeable. Maintenance good about fixing in a timely manner.
