The maintenance was lacking in their job performance. Had an AC issue for several months where my bill usually Read More ran $80 plus but by the time I departed bill was over $250. The AC unit constantly ran from 2:30 pm until I went to bed. They could not find an issue with it. Even one person stated it suppose to run like that although I had the temp set at 76 degrees.

The grass is mostly brown, the gym and business center were closed for months without any compensation for wha Read Moret we pay for in rent for amenities. Ive had to have maintenance come to try and fix my still poorly working ac. I do like the golf course view but at times golfers hit my window with golf balls. It is a pretty quiet area. The layout of the living room is awkward. I love the closet in the bathroom and bed rooms are a good size.

There is constant problems within the apartment. The maintenance staff is friendly but way overwhelmed with is Read Moresues. The office staff is nice but doesn't follow confidentiality rules and regulations. Residents personal problems are talked about openly within the office and referred to on Facebook. I have a 3'x4' drywall taken out of my laundry room for the last week. I have mold growing from a flood upstairs that poured into my downstairs neighbor's apt. They still haven't fixed that either.

We rented in between owners switching which made arriving rough, we ended up doing 2 contracts. Our original p Read Morerice was less than current so they honored that but there was 2 times I got charged wrong but the fixed it ASAP which was great, ac unit was old kept freezing up and over running. We recieve a high electric bill because of, but we were accommodated in our rent price which was great! Appliances were all dated. They just updated the pool area which we only got to enjoy once but it wasgreat

I moved into Beachway links before the new management took over. The new management takes $50 dollars off of y Read Moreour rent if you write a nice review on rent.com. However, I wouldn't have lived there for free due to the issue with german roaches. New management also insisted on me paying for water. I would have been happy to pay for my own water but they said it would be split between all apartments in the building. I felt this wasn't fair because I am single and my unit had mostly families
