Because Brickell is not a popular neighborhood for families, the school options in the area are slim pickings. Southside Elementary School resides in the neighborhood of Brickell and is highly rated, however there are no middle schools or high schools in the area. In the case that you are planning on moving your family downtown, you will need to consider options for schooling and how you will transport your children to schools outside of Brickell.
