The parking nightmare we endured last year was ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that they had the NERVE to Read Morecharge our guets for mandatory valet parking! All the while, they had parking spots reserved for people who chose to pay for them however they were vacant and as a result, a huge lack of parking, and us having to park in mud and/or recv prkg tickets. The previous management was rude and condescending. The current management, while nicer in demeanor clueless and misleading.

The colony was a good place to live until the current management took over. They claimed to have "lost our lea Read Morese" in order to bully us into signing a new one at a higher rent. Then they began construction continuously from 7am- 6pm, often shutting the water off for 10 hours at a time. Living at the colony became an absolute living nightmare and we eventually sought legal council to terminate our lease early. I would NEVER recommend any one to live there under the current management.
