This place used to be really nice and moderately priced for the area. The office treated you like you were a v Read Morealued resident. I'm pretty sure management has been changed because in the last months I have been extremely disappointed. From removing ALL of the dumpsters (except for one, in an obscure part of the neighborhood where most of the community would not be able to carry their garbage), removing the garbage cans in the mail room (which were promptly replaced after everyone just threw their mail on the floor), all the way to the now completely impersonal resident relations-- welcome to being just another replaceable apartment number. Don't even get me started on parking. Yes, parking is limited and there is nothing you can do about it. But knowing that your community is scarce on parking, is it necessary to be so strict on the parking rules? This isn't just like you have to walk awhile to get to your apartment-- if a person comes in late at night (let's say after 11pm) there's a risk that there will be no parking at all. None. So why punish that person for parking in a non-parking spot?

Also, my own personal pet peeve, the new management was NEVER introduced to the community, not even via their monthly newsletter. One day I went into the office to get my packages, as I regularly do, and suddenly this strange guy was having me do things differently. Not that he was particularly rude, but when this is my home, the least you could do is introduce yourself.

In a matter of months, this place has lost 2 stars in my books and went from a place that I recommended to friends and family to a place that's 'ok'. I'm sure other places are worse, but this place definitely leaves something to be desired, hence the 3 stars. My likes and dislikes are: Maintenance is very diligent. Grounds are well-kept and pretty. The residents are calm and over-all friendly.

I have always felt safe here, which as a single woman is most important to me. I love the grounds and pool, a Read Morend the staff have always been kind and competent in our interactions.

Having to park across the complex from my apartment nearly every weeknight is frustrating. Because I work until 8pm, I'm also often not able to use the valet trash service (trash has to be put out between 6 and 8pm), so I resent having to pay for it.

I do not understand the purpose of removing almost all of the dumpsters. My understanding was that they would be replaced with more parking spots, but it does not look like that is happening... My likes and dislikes are: Grounds, safety, location, quiet/peacefulness

My likes and dislikes about this community are: We love the location (close to Kendall Dr.), very family-orien Read Moreted, quiet.
We hate the parking situation. Spaces are drawn way too close together (too tight for even compact cars). The later you arrive to the complex the less likely you are of parking within a 5 minute walk to your apartment unit. We park far from our unit daily. People also park outside of the lines, wasting a lot of good spots. They are also quick to tow your car. So watch out!
