Everything is good only the insects control many of the insects came into the apartment from outside they mayb Read Moree because my apartment on first floor, and the apartment has a little yard next to the door.

Parking isn't great. Rent is a little high considering how old the units are. But overall I love it here.

Great facilities and common areas, apartment is a bit tired, appliances extremely old. Staff is excellent and Read Moreeager to please.

As with all places, there are good and bad things. For the most part the community and location are great. How Read Moreever, sometimes the services and management leave something to be desired. I would give a higher rating if I had not had so many issues with plumbing and the way they handle rent renewal.
