Awesome apartments, great location and well maintain. The only problem I have is that since like 2 years ago, Read Morewith the new management people, they don't do any community activities or are as connected with the residents like the old management used to be.

I love living at the Stratford but I think for the quality of the apartment it should not be so expensive. The Read More appliances are ok but not amazing. The apartment is priced like it has stainless steel, granite countertops and it does not. I appreciate that we have trash pick up at the door, but we have to pay for it in addition to rent, without a choice. Location is great.

Thank you for your four-star rating of you community. Regarding the cost of rent, we assure you that our rates accurately reflect the current market. That said, we want all residents to feel they are getting the value they deserve. Please consider reaching out to us in person if we can do anything to assist throughout your residency.
The apartment complex exterior, landscape and location are nice. But for a 12 month lease and square footage o Read Moref our apartment, the price is not worth it. Also, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are very old and deteriorated. The bedrooms and closets spaces are very small

Everything is good only the insects control many of the insects came into the apartment from outside they mayb Read Moree because my apartment on first floor, and the apartment has a little yard next to the door.
