So far everything is good here at the South Tower, people talk crazy things about the Flamingo but I really f Read Moreeel that things are changing here. Management is taking good care of the property and keep in it clean. No issues after 2 weeks of being here. S.P.

Hi I don't understand why you don't take care of your old costumers and give us some discount or better rate Read Mores to renew our lease. Your policy is to give your new customers 6 free weeks to sign a new lease and probably this new customer will not go until the end of their signed lease. Customers like me, since 2011, every time they renew their lease the only benefit is to have you raise their lease!!!!, that is not a correct benefit and is not fair. I think you need to take better care of your old customers. Also you need to do something about your security because they are lazy and do not do their job like they are supposed to. They aren't polite and they give the flamingo building a very bad image. I hope this survey will help the building improve and make your customers have better service and better image for the community.

Over the last few years the Flamingo property has transformed into a clean luxurious enjoyable residence. I at Read Moretribute that to management and customer service, they go above and beyond their required duties to make sure all residents are properly taken care of.
