Disgusting! Never sign a lease in this building! Paper thin walls, I can hear even what kind of tampons my n Read Moreeighbor is using (yeah she screams everything to her husband and her kid), and there is constructions every week. Any decent building would close when doing renovations that often. Is not fair to be charged for money for a place that is not 100% livable, the construction noises are so loud many residents have to leave the building to relax. What's the point on paying rent in a place you can't be at?

It is a very nice place to live. Everything is near (shops,the ocean,etc.) and the view on Miami is simply bre Read Moreathtaking.Maybe the cleanliness of the floors and carpets could be better but overall the place and the apartment is good.

Very Difficult With Many Forms That Are Not Necessary Or Actually Ever Needed For A Yearly Lease Of An Apartme Read Morent! I Spent A Few Hundred Dollars Fed-Ex Overnight Paperwork That Was Asked For After Sending All The Correct Information The First Time! Really Cannot Believe That This Management Office Requires 3x The Full Year Of The Lease To Be Shown With My Bank Account Etc All Other Rentals Only Ask For First, Last, And Deposit Etc I Am Not Buying A Condo, But Just Renting For A Year And To Send The Most Private Information Regarding My Financials.... Honestly, I Won'T Be Recommending To Anyone To Go Through The Process I Did And Pray It Will Be A Lot Better Meeting Other Tenants Etc
