Beautiful, clean, well-lit community. Beautiful apartment with granite countertops, great layout, & huge attac Read Morehed garage with separate storage room. Overall, I think the complex is pretty good. I have had no real issues. There have been plenty of growing pain Read Mores at this community because it is new. Some issues are beyond management control. Others, they have control over. We are nickel and dimed heavily. I knew this going in, but the more I think about it, the more I realize, the value of what we get, is not as much as we actually pay. The total rent should include trash & water. I also think the pet rent is ridiculous for cats. What cat damages anything?
