Since we moved there, I have seen that There is not the same level of quality as when I moved there. There is Read Morea lack of communication between the different representatives in the lesson office. There aren't many activities as before. When reported kids vandalizing the tennis court we were simply advised that next time we see that to call the office after hours. I don't agree that was an appropriate answer or that there was enough considering the full factors of what was happening.

The grounds are kept very clean and maintenance is responsive.

I would like you pay more attention to the pick up of The garbage and the common areas and hallways. In speci Read Moreal with the hallways try to clean this area at least once every 15 days. Jaccuzy has been broken for more that 6 months.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have recently replaced the crew that was handling the trash pickup. Please note that the Jacuzzi has been working properly for the past 4 months.
Visually, the apartment and property are nice. Walls are paper thin. I've been a resident for 2 months and af Read Moreter a request for pest services, continue to have roach problem. Trash concierge service is terrible. Rodent problem, tenants leave trash outside during non pickup hours and days. Very unsanitary, and pieces of garbage end up on sidewalks, lawns, and breezeway.
