I have lived at Toledo Club for over 2 years and I love it here. The staff are friendly and professional. I wa Read Morelk my dog very early mornings while it is still dark and I have always felt safe. Although, I don't get to attend very often they offer a nice selection of activities here. I feel this is home.

The landscaping has been much upgraded and looks great. But when living there, EVERY night, after curfew hours Read More, the neighbors next door would have their washer or dryer on, and sometimes the dishwasher which was LOUD. Whenever I would ask the management to look into this, they said they would, but sadly, there was no difference. Also the apartment was dark;you always had to turn on additional lights throughout the day. The shower in the sm. bath always got clogged as well.

I'm rating based on the office staff and owners when I lived at Toledo Club. It is my understanding that it's Read Moreunder new management now. The office staff at the time was very rude, and difficult to approach.

To make up for the office, the maintenance crew was always very helpful.

Mgnt was changed during my lease period. You used to get a seperate water bill on they changed the lease terms Read More and included your water bill with your rent. The water bill tripled month over month. Mgnt was rude and nasty !

The water billing is based on the exact amount of water that was used per apartment home. We are sorry to hear that your bill increased while residing here. I lost my job, but couldn't get out of my contract two months early even though I gave them several months war Read Morening. I had a downstairs unit that should have been very easy to lease. They could have done me a favor, but didn't. That was lousy of them.
Otherwise, it was a very nice building. Clean, no bugs, working and functioning appliances. There isn't enough parking after 5 PM or so. Sometimes I had to park in the wrong lot and walk a distance.
