The management only seems to be interested in getting people into available apartments, but not willing to act Read Moreually work with tenants. Parking is ridiculous here, even for those that pay for a parking garage, since people are always parking infront of garages. Things are constantly falling apart, the design is poor-its built very thin and cheap. In short, it's not luxurious at all, it just looks nice. Oh, and the gates are almost always open.

For the most part, it seems well maintained despite its size and the number of residents. The staff has so far Read More been courteous and attentive. Any service requests are acknowledged-though sometimes I am unclear as to when they will be addressed

Parking has become a huge issue. There are not enough parking spaces at night.

Jason, we're sorry to hear that parking has had such a negative effect on your experience with our community. We realize this has become an issue within the industry as more people choose to live in apartment homes. Our focus remains on trying to provide an exceptional living experience to our residents so we will continue to enforce parking regulations in order to maintain safer roads within the community for all our residents while we work to find a resolution to your concerns.
Nice leasing staff. Always fast response to any questions or maintenance requests(very few ever). Great commun Read Moreity- mostly nice neighbor. Parking can be a challenge and when school is in session at Stetson there is an influx of younger less respectful tenants-but management is fast to keep everyone respectful.

Upon move my apartment was not ready. The dishwasher had issues as did the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan had a Read Moreshort which would trip the circuit breaker and shut off all power in the apartment. Also the dishwasher had a clog somehow and leaked all over the kitchen floor. There is no pantry in my location and ver small cabinet spaces which means food is either on top of the fridge or out for everyone to see on the counters.
