For One; There Were Gates Between Apartment Yards. The Landscaping People Tore Them Up. My Neighbor Has A Do Read Moreg, When The Landscaping People Don'T Stand The Gate Up (That They Tore Up) Then I Get Dog Feces In My Yard And My Little Ones Can'T Play Out There. We Are Told That It Is The Tenant'S Place To Replace The Gate.
