The office staff does little to make up for the fact that the entire place is outdated and old looking. In fac Read Moret they made living here a whole lot worse. I felt like the cost of rent was more because of the convenient location more than actual aesthetics.

I have found that when issues/problems arise the response is less than satisfactory. My air conditioning was o Read Moreut of service for months & every time I inquired on the status, I would get a new reason for the delay. The past few times I've had representatives from the Waterford in my apartment they have left a mess behind for me to clean up. The latest issues with the bats has been ridiculous. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone nor can I get a response from the regional office.

I moved in not too long ago but I'm loving my new home. I feel comfortable leaving my wife and daughter home w Read Morehile I work long late hours because it seems to be a safe area so far. The grounds and pool are always well kept and maintenance is very prompt for any issues I've had. The appliances aren't the most up to date but if something breaks if maintenance cant fix it they are quick to replace it. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a spacious floor plan and decent prices.
