I would suggest that staff communicate with one another and the residents more effectively. I would also sugge Read Morest being more organized.

Work should not be done to buildings while residents are living in them. It interferes with sleep and daily co Read Morenvenience. I have had holes put in my wall, which still have not been fixed. A pizza as an apology in no way makes this okay. If work absolutely must be done, residents should be given advance notice and accommodated to the best of Arden Villas' ability. Maintenance or outside companies should NOT be permitted in anyone's apartment unless they are home.

The only issue I have with Arden villas is my neighbors. I have filed several complaints about them and nothin Read Moreg has been done.

One of my main issues is the gym and well as the recent pool situation. The pool was closed for renovations an Read Mored now looks worse than before. I don't see what is enticing about the blonde that has been painted along the wall. In addition, the gym is really terrible. Pieces of the equipment have gone missing, the machines are dated, and there are no free weights. I don't see how anyone would want to be a potential resident considering the state of that Gym. The gym at almost every other community in the area is infinitely better. Also, there are many times when I cannot even park anywhere near my apartment which is very annoying.
