The apartments were in good condition and if something needed to be fixed the employees that worked there woul Read Mored quickly make an appointment to fix it. There was law enforcement that actually lived at the apartments and there were no problems with any of the neighbors.

Below expectations. Much random noise (i.e.: vehicle alarm frequently going off at night, vulgar music blastin Read Moreg even when kids are about); poor maintenance performance; law enforcement on site at late hours due to trouble with resident party activities, twice in the past 6 months; dissatisfaction with structure and appliances.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues. Hopefully you brought this to our attention, so we have an opportunity to address your issues. Because this appears to happen after hours, we do have a Courtesy Officer that you can contact by calling the office # - prompted to select "Courtesy Officer" then leave your message. He lives on site and responds to every report within in a short period of time.
When I first moved in I really enjoyed living here. Over the years, after the management shifted, there has be Read Moreen a noticeable difference in common courtesy and cleanliness of residents declining. Common areas are often not kept up. Some of the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Others seems quite unhappy and bothered to help residents.

When I first moved in, I enjoyed the property and residents. Since the new ownership/management, I strongly be Read Morelieve the quality of service and management has gone down while rent prices rise. I am asked to pay more in rent when the security gate is left open more often than not. I am asked to pay more in rent when there is trash all throughout the corridors and grounds (I have had to submit multiple inquiries to have the trash situation addressed).
