It was always a pain to get someone out to the apartment to look at a problem. In the last 3-4 months I was li Read Moreving there I called and left several messages and NEVER once received a phone call back. The issues I had with my toilet I just dealt with because apparently it wasn't important enough to get a call back.
We received notice that the rent box was broken into & to call regarding your rent, if the check hadn't been cashed yet. My was NOT cashed yet so I called and NEVER received a call back

Poor maintenance solutions. Quick fixes that led to more problems. Rude staff at the leasing office. Specifica Read Morelly during the summer when it was 90 degrees out my a/c broke and it took them four days to respond to my multiple maintenance requests. The apartment was uninhabitable and they did not view that as an urgent matter.

As of May 2015 we are under new management. Avesta Shore Club prides ourselves on our service to our residents. Our residents are our number one priority.
