I really like it here. It's clean and quiet. I love the grounds the 2 small ponds/fountains in the front and i Read Moren the back. I love the Muscovy ducks. I know a lot of people hate them but I love them! I enjoy walking around the big pond or just sitting there and watching the ducks. I enjoy it here! One thing I have to suggest.....don't sign a lease the day the office closes early due to a hurricane. ;)

I would never suggest for anyone to live there. It was a horrible experience from the day I signed my lease an Read Mored I would never want anyone to ever experience this form of dissatisfaction. Bell Partners needs to come in and help management be more professional, nicer and care about their tenants. Also management should have done a walk through of the apartment to make sure everything worked prior to move in. When issues were reported, it would take sometimes 48 hours to 5 days for resolution, then if things were fixed, more would break or other things were broken in the process of being fixed. It was a horrible situation filled with stress and I would never want anyone to every have to go through what I went through.

I work for the Orange County School Board and having to pay the rent by the 3rd of the month is sometimes a ha Read Morerdship because of their pay schedule. Many months i have paid the extra 100$ because my payday is two days later. Most places i have ever lived, give you the option of having until the 5th of the Month. i think that is something you need to think about changing. Also, why when you have a resident who has lived in your community more than 2 years, why don't you give them an incentive to remain at the complex, such as not raising their rent or giving them a break on their rent.
