What an amazing location! It's the best neighborhood I've ever lived in. There's so much to do, so many gre Read Moreat places to eat. My apartment looks out over Lake Eola and the park, so the view from my window is really pretty special. It's a great building in a great neighborhood, run by a really good staff. Janet S. and Megan F. ox have been particularly easy to deal with in the leasing office, and Bill the lead engineer has been quick to fix the few minor things that have come up. This is the best managed building I have ever come across.

Best location out of all the downtown apartments. It is a perfect balance of living the city, but still having Read More the lake in the backyard.

I have been living at Post for over 4 years. Every year you raise my rent ALOT. All of my friends have their r Read Moreent raised ALOT. It's a never ending process that will price me out of my apartment. I feel if you have residents that have been long term, like myself. you would have some loyalty to those residents. I understand raising rents might be a necessity, which it is not. But, rent going up $50 - $100 every year is ridiculous.
