Staff is always friendly, quick, and on top of any concerns or problems I may have. The location and amenities Read More are wonderful. Things needed to be improved: including water or trash in the rent price. This is very common in Central Florida, and I may leave Sea Isle for another apartment if this doesn't change. Also, there needs to be a hot tub. I go across the street to use the hotel's, and wish we had one here. Need keetle bells in the gym. and tvs to work on all equipment.

It is clean and I like the layout but it could be nicer. I was expecting hard wood floors and wood cabinets in Read Morestead I got a lot of plastic.

Our apartments are equipped with 42۪۪ wood cabinets and wood vinyl floors, which will allow us to reinstall pieces with ease if the items were to become damaged in the future.       Beautiful community. Great amenities. Friendly staff. However, lots of things have broken down in the apartmen Read Moret, which is surprising because of how much we pay per month in rent... I expect better quality. Dog park is very small... And muddy. I think some sort mulch would work better than grass, especially since the area is concave and all of the water collects at the center toward the drain. Also, I think the elevator is terribly slow, sometimes quicker to take stairs. Also, need speed bumps.

      We appreciate your feedback and we€™re currently in the works of redirecting the water after a heavy rainfall for the dog park. Most recently, we have installed new sod for the dog park. The elevators are regulated to operate at their current speed due to the size and load of the elevator per building codes.
