The only challenges I have had is the many disturbances of my upstairs neighbors that were not dealt with by t Read Morehe evening security as stated in lease and from management. For some reason neither time I have called in the middle of the night or early morning with disturbances my calls were not acknowledged until I personally spoke with management days later. Other than that office staff are kind and I do plan on renewing my lease even with an over $30.00 increase in rent.

Nice place ,good location ,staff in the office not the best when you have a situation they take forever when y Read Moreou need something to be fix at the apartment .you pay for a good location not for a good apartment cause they are old and need repair rush ,kitchen and bathrooms .
