      Most of the staff is extremely nice. Average apartments... Maintenance is painfully slow (may take weeks, mon Read Moreths or even more), and must be requesting multiple times. Rent continues to go up while amemities are removed. Tenents pay different rates for the same
      Floor plan, features and length of lease.... very confusing.... Not worth the price.

      I've been a tenant of the property for a few months now and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The ren Read Moretal process was done digitally since i was relocating from another state. The leasing manager was attentive every step of the way and helped ease my fears about moving to a place I hadn't had the opportunity to tour. Office staff have been freindly and quick to assist with any problem, even going as far to peronally call me when I lost my passport. Maintenance has been professional and a few have even taken the time to entertain my daughter when they see is walking outside. It's a lovely community and we are happy to call it home.
